Half-term is coming and families across Tamworth will benefit from the 450 parcels delivered to schools by Heart of Tamworth last week. These parcels contained not only staple food items to feed hungry children, but also hygiene and laundry products.
We know the cost-of-living is still affecting many families and we hope these parcels will make a difference. Each complete parcel (3 bags in total) was worth over £16 thanks to funding secured from the government’s Community Organisation Cost of Living Fund.
