The Memory cafes continue to be a lifeline for carers and their loved ones living with dementia.
It is important that we remained in touch with the regular visitors to the cafe, through these difficult times.
Heart of Tamworth Community Project (HoT) in partnership with Home Instead Senior Care have provided regular contact, offering support, advice and sign posting.
The Memory Cafe has a regular Zoom & Telephone slot every Tuesday, where they can chat, practice the Love to Move programme and a good old sing song.
